  DCAs and Compact Staff:

  On Wednesday, April 17 the first of the FY2019 ICOTS new enhancements will be launched in ICOTS. The National Office will provide a brief Q & A session to DCAs, Administrators, and Compact Staff (users with a Supervisor or PO role will be denied) for these enhancements on Tuesday, April 16 at 2:00pm ET and Wednesday, April 17 at 10:00am ET.
