North Carolina flag North Carolina - September 3–10
Due to evacuations for Hurricane Dorian, please restrict any offender travel until further notice to the following 5 counties:
Brunswick
Carteret
Dare
Hyde
New Hanover

South Carolina flag South Carolina - September 4–8
Due to mandatory evacuation, now and through the weekend, please do not allow offender travel to any of these 8 coastline counties, which includes:
Beaufort
Berkeley
Charleston
Colleton
Dorchester
Georgetown
Horry
Jasper

SEPTEMBER

Hawaii flag Hawaii - September 1–30
Requests travel restriction to the island of Hawaii. Please contact the Hawaii Interstate Compact Office for more information. This request may be extended.


Oregon flag Oregon - September 6–16
Please restrict offender travel to Umatilla, Morrow, and Union Counties for the Pendleton Round Up Rodeo in Pendleton.


New Mexico flag New Mexico - September 18–22
Please restrict offender travel to the 50th Annual Golden Aspen Motorcycle Rally in Ruidoso Downs.


Nevada flag Nevada - September 25–29
Please restrict offenders from traveling to the Reno area during the Street Vibrations Fall Rally.


OCTOBER

Hawaii flag Hawaii - October 1–31
Requests travel restriction to the island of Hawaii. Please contact the Hawaii Interstate Compact Office for more information. This request may be extended.

District of Columbia flag District of Columbia - The new telephone number for Deputy Compact Administrator Elizabeth Powell is 202-442-1275, the directory is up-to-date.


Maine flag Maine - The telephone number for Commissioner Patrick Delahanty has been updated in the directory.


Mississippi flag Mississippi - The Interstate Compact Office staff have a new telephone number, 601-359-5650. Deputy Compact Administrator, Jacqueline Brunson, specifically handles Violation Reports, Case Closures, and Progress Reports and Termico Thomas handles Outgoing Parole Transfers. Also, the following 4 staffers were added to the directory:
  • Danielle Brown: Incoming RFRI, Violation Reports, Case Closures, and Progress Reports
  • Paulette Cleaver: Incoming Transfer Requests
  • Katrina Dill: Outgoing Probation Transfer Requests
  • Pam Wilson: Outgoing Violation Reports, Progress Reports, Case Closure, and RFRI


Henry MitchellTexas flagTexas - Long-time Interstate Compact Office staffer, Henry Mitchell, passed away on August 14. After serving 30 years in the United States Navy, Mitchell joined the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 1995. He began working for the Texas Interstate Compact in March of 2010 and developed a great passion for interstate compact work.
