Biography
Amy Vorachek began her career in 1998 with the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCR) as a Parole Officer. In 2008, she joined the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Division to implement and manage North Dakota’s Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification system before returning to DOCR in 2011. She currently serves as DOCR’s Chief Administrative Officer and has served as North Dakota’s Interstate Compact Commissioner since 2017. She also provides leadership and oversight for DOCR’s Business Analyst unit and department-wide technology, as well as oversight of the department’s case planning decision-making process.
Vorachek graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1997 with a degree in Criminal Justice.
