The Commission provides training and technical assistance to support member states in carrying out their compact responsibilities. Through training programs, resources, and direct support, the Commission helps states understand the rules, processes, and technology used to manage interstate supervision and support consistent application across jurisdictions. 

Technical assistance may also help identify operational or programmatic challenges related to compact procedures and offer recommendations to address those issues.
