Biography
Joseph Garibaldi is the Deputy Director of the Connecticut Board of Pardons & Paroles. Prior to obtaining his current role, he previously held the positions of Parole Supervisor and Parole Officer. Mr. Garibaldi received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Roger Williams University in Administration of Justice.
