Rickey Plank

Rickey Plank has worked for the Vermont Department of Corrections since Feb 1998. Starting as the Correctional Officer at Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility, he worked his way through the ranks to a Correctional Officer II/ Acting Shift Supervisor. He left the facility in June 2002 to work as a Community Correctional Officer on offender supervision in the field. In 2010, he transferred to St. Albans Probation and Parole where he worked as a Probation Officer for 11 years. He accepted the Deputy Compact Administrator position in 2021.
Rickey has been married for 28 years and has two adult children. He graduated the Champlain College with a degree in Criminal Justice.
