Biography
In spring 2026, I was honored to join Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision as the ex officio representative for the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA.) In this role, I look forward to supporting the Commission’s work by helping ensure victim safety, participation, and perspectives remain part of the conversation and decision-making process.
I currently serve as Senior Director of Operations for NOVA, where I oversee headquarters operations and administrative functions. Prior to joining NOVA in 2023, I spent 33 years with the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office Victim/Witness Division in Dayton, Ohio, including 13 years as Director. My career has focused on supporting victims of violent crime, coordinating post-conviction and parole cases, crisis response, and advancing trauma-informed practices.
I am grateful for the opportunity to bring this experience to ICAOS and to help strengthen awareness, communication, and meaningful victim engagement throughout the Compact process.
