Tiffany Grissom

Tiffany Grissom began her career in 2000 and brings extensive experience in community supervision, program development, and system collaboration. She retired from Maricopa County Adult Probation after 26 years of service and now serves as a Manager with the Arizona Supreme Court AOC in Adult Probation Services, where she helps guide statewide initiatives and supports cross-jurisdictional coordination with Interstate Compact and treatment courts. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside and led a variety of specialty areas, including interstate compact, domestic violence, treatment courts, reentry, mental health, and sex offender supervision.

She holds a Master of Education from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.
