Biography
Dina Rogers serves as the Compact Administrator for the State of New Jersey and is the Executive Director of the New Jersey State Parole Board. Ms. Rogers has worked for the State Parole Board for over 26 years. She began her career as a Parole Counselor, serving at Southern State Correctional Facility, Riverfront State Prison, and the Central Reception and Assignment Facility. She later advanced to the role of Hearing Officer and went on to become the Director of the agency’s Legal Support Unit. Since late 2023, Ms. Rogers has served as the Executive Director of the State Parole Board.
Ms. Rogers received her B.S. from The College of New Jersey, her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden and is a Certified Public Manager.
