2019 Annual Business Meeting

October 7–9 in San Diego, CA

The Interstate Commission will reimburse Commissioners, one Deputy Compact Administrator from each state, and Ex-officio members for this meeting in accordance with the ICAOS Travel Reimbursement Policy. Additional state representatives may attend this public meeting at their own expense.


Travel Dates:

  • Commissioners, DCAs, and Ex-Officio members: Monday, October 7 and Thursday, October 10
  • Executive Committee members: Sunday, October 6 and Thursday, October 10

Meeting Dates:

  • Annual Business Meeting: Tuesday, October 8 and Wednesday, October 9

  • AIRFARE  Should be purchased at least 21 days in advance and not exceed $500.
  • DRIVING  Mileage is reimbursed at $0.58 per mile and should not exceed the cost of a 21 day advance purchase airline ticket.
  • AIRPORT  Transportation: Complimentary hotel shuttle is provided.


For PAID Attendees:

  • Commissioners and DCAs must attend all business functions to be reimbursed.
  • Submit Expense Report / Deadline: Friday, November 8
  • Required documents:
    •  Airline ticket - Show travel and ticket price (no boarding passes required).
    •  Mileage - Include miles and attach map.
    •  Other - Attach qualified receipts: hotel, parking, baggage fee, etc.
  • Meals - No receipts required
