2026 Annual Business Meeting

We're pleased to share the agenda and begin preparing for another productive and collaborative Annual Business Meeting.

The final rule proposals are now ready for consideration at the 2026 Annual Business Meeting. Shaped by feedback from Commissioners, Compact staff, and stakeholders during the public comment period, several proposals were refined to improve clarity and address operational concerns.

Commissioners are encouraged to review the final proposals and supporting materials in advance of the meeting, where each proposal will be presented for discussion and a vote.
