As we continue preparing for the launch of INSITE, over the next several weeks we will be highlighting features designed to improve the user experience.

Today, we are sharing information about the new News Center, located on the INSITE login screen. The News Center provides users with quick access to important information in one convenient location, including:

  • Releases and enhancements

  • Training opportunities and resources

  • Compact communications

  • Events and reminders

This is another example of how INSITE is more than an upgrade to ICOTS. It is designed to create a more connected, streamlined, and user-friendly experience for every INSITE user. By bringing these updates directly into INSITE, users can stay informed without having to search through emails or multiple resources.
