Law Enforcement Data Request
Law enforcement requests allow authorized criminal justice and law enforcement personnel to obtain information on individuals supervised under the Interstate Compact, supporting investigations, information sharing, and informed public safety decisions. Requests may only be submitted by authorized representatives of criminal justice and law enforcement agencies. Victims or family members seeking information should contact the state compact office in the state from which the individual transferred.
