FY26 Annual Report Published

On behalf of the ICAOS Executive Committee, I am proud to share the FY2026 Annual Report. The report highlights a year of meaningful progress and the people behind it. From advancing INSITE and strengthening our rules to developing a more informed approach to violation response, the work reflected here has been years in the making. It represents countless conversations, committee meetings, difficult questions, new ideas, and a shared commitment among states to move forward together.

Each accomplishment in the report reflects the time, expertise, and dedication of Commissioners, DCAs, committee members, state staff, partners, and National Office staff working together to align the Compact with current corrections practices. I hope you’ll take time to explore the report and, most importantly, feel proud of what we have accomplished together.

I’ve also attached a one-page Annual Report overview that you can easily share with your state partners. As Commissioners, part of your responsibility is to keep your state’s executive, legislative, and judicial branches, as well as your State Council, informed about the work of the Compact. I hope this handout makes it easier to share the Commission’s progress and the impact of our collective work with those leaders.
