ICOTS is Officially Offline

On Wednesday, October 28 at 11:59PM (ET), ICOTS was officially shut down.  On Thursday, October 29–Friday, October 30 neither ICOTS or INSITE will be available. During this period, states will need to coordinate directly with one another by phone or email. 

• Emergencies and time-sensitive matters: Handle these through direct state-to-state communication by phone or email. Any necessary documentation or case activity should be entered into INSITE once the system launches.

• Non-urgent matters: Whenever possible, hold items that do not require an immediate response until INSITE launches on Monday, November 2.
