(a) As required by the compact, and as specified by the operational procedures and forms approved by the commission, the states shall gather, maintain and report data regarding the transfer and supervision of offenders supervised under this compact.
(b)
Each state shall report to the commission each month the total number of offenders supervised under the compact in that state.
Each state shall report to the commission each month the numbers of offenders transferred to and received from other states in the previous month.
Reports required under Rule 2.102 (b)(1) and (2) shall be received by the commission no later than the 15th day of each month.
(c) This Rule will not expire until the Electronic Information System approved by the commission is fully implemented and functional.

On November 4, 2009, the commission found that the electronic information system in (c) is fully implemented and functional, and ordered that this rule expire, effective December 31, 2009.
