The Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision is accepting comments until June 5th on proposed rule and by-law amendments ahead of the 2026 Annual Business Meeting.

Why It Matters

This year’s proposals include several important items for your review and input:

  • Two rule packages

  • Violation Response Tool

  • Two individual rule amendments

  • Bylaw amendment

Your feedback is a critical part of this process. Comments help the Rules Committee identify where clarification, refinement, or adjustments may be needed before final consideration by the full Commission. Broad participation ensures the rules reflect the practical realities of implementation across states.

The comment forum will remain open through June 5th. We encourage you to review the materials and submit your comments. The Rules Committee will also host a Town Hall on June 1st to discuss the proposals.
