This week's spotlight is for our Compact Office staff and two enhancements designed to simplify system administration while improving data quality.
- Automatic Role Removal During User DeactivationWhen a user account is deactivated in INSITE, all assigned roles will now be removed automatically. This enhancement eliminates a step that can occasionally be overlooked and helps ensure user access is fully deactivated every time.
- States Directly Handle Profile ManagementCompact Offices will no longer need National Office approval to complete case moves, merges, deletes, or expungements. Since states are in the best position to manage their own cases, this change streamlines the process, reduces delays, and helps maintain accurate, up-to-date data within INSITE.
