Virtual Public Hearing

The Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS) is accepting public comment on proposed rule amendments being considered for adoption at the 2026 Annual Business Meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on September 23, 2026. The Public Hearing provides interested individuals and organizations an opportunity to comment on the proposed amendments before they are presented for a vote.

In accordance with ICAOS Rule 2.109(c), the Rules Committee has published the proposed amendments on the Commission’s website at www.interstatecompact.org. Please complete the registration form below if you plan to attend the public hearing or provide testimony regarding any proposed rule amendment.
