The receiving state may not require a supervised individual, who is otherwise eligible for transfer under Rule 3.101, to submit to psychological testing, treatment enrollment, or other evaluative conditions as a prerequisite to accepting the transfer. Imposing such “pre-acceptance” requirements adds conditions not authorized by the Compact or the Commission’s rules.
