Rule 5.108(f) requires the receiving state to prepare a written report of the probable cause hearing within 10 business days and transmit it, along with any evidence or hearing record, to the sending state. The report must include:

the time, date, and location of the hearing;

the parties present;

a concise summary of the testimony and evidence relied upon; and

documentation of the alleged violations of supervision conditions and the hearing officer’s findings on each alleged violation.
