A formal proceeding that allows interested parties, including the general public, to comment on the proposed rule amendments. 
Attend the Rules Committee’s open forum to ask questions and gain clarity on proposed rule changes ahead of Tuesday’s training.

Tuesday, September 30  

This full-day event features an expert presentation from the Center for Effective Public Policy on a new evidence-based violation management framework. Attendees will explore key proposed rule changes, then participate in small group discussions to collaborate and provide targeted feedback.
A networking event to meet colleagues and build professional relationships.

Wednesday, October 1  

This official business day of the meeting includes a welcome from Puerto Rico, region meetings, key committee updates, critical votes on rules and the budget, and concludes with a celebratory awards presentation.
