At the 2019 ICAOS Annual Business Meeting, the Commission approved changes to Rule 4.111 which removed a section of the rule (previously section (e)).  It was recently discovered however the section struck in 2019 remains referenced in the preceding section (c).  At the direction of the Rules Committee Chair and in accordance with Rule 2.109 (k), a revision has been made and publicly posted for no less than 30 calendar days as required.
