Based on the new emergency policy developed by the Interstate Compact Commission for Adult Offender Supervision, Arkansas is placing a hold on extraditions for 30 days.  Transfer Requests will only be processed to and from Arkansas for offenders who were living in the receiving state at the time sentencing or for offenders who have extenuating circumstances such as homelessness.
