Mark Patterson currently serves as the Deputy Compact Administrator for the Oregon Department of Corrections. Mark oversees the Compact operations for Oregon’s 36 Counties, as well as the Earned Discharge, Family Alternative Leave and Short Term Trans Leave programs for the ODOC. Mark is currently serving as the West Region Chair for the DCA Liaison committee for the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision. Mark has been serving in the DCA position for over 7 years and prior to this role was a Prison Term Analyst.
The Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision (ICAOS) in collaboration with the National Institute of Corrections (NIC) presents a documentary on Compact history and real-life stories of adults navigating through the Compact. The documentary will premiere on September 27, 2022 at the 2022 Annual Business Meeting in New York, NY
Who will/can be reimbursed?
The Commission will reimburse Commissioner/Official designees, Ex-officio members, and two Deputy Compact Administrators from bifurcated or one Deputy Compact Administrator from non-bifurcated (in ICOTS) states for attending this meeting in accordance with the ICAOS Travel Reimbursement Policy. Additional state representatives may attend this public meeting at their own expense. All attendees must register for the meeting.
What does it take to receive my reimbursement for the day?
All paid attendees must-attend events they registered for the day to be reimbursed for the day.
What if I need/want to come early or stay after?
The hotel has limited meeting rate availability 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting should you mix business with pleasure. Please reach out to Barno Saturday at meetings@interstatecompact.org if you are interested in staying additional days.
