In 2014, she transferred to Alaska’s only women’s prison, Hiland Mountain Correctional Center (HMCC), where she worked as an Institutional PO Supervisor. In October 2018, she returned to the Anchorage Probation Office as a district supervisor of the training unit and was quickly promoted in September of 2019 to the position of Deputy Chief at the APO. In June 2020 Taryn was promoted to her current role, as Chief Probation Officer for Region III for the Division of Pretrial, Probation and Parole.

Dori Littler has held her current position as the Deputy Compact Administrator (DCA) for Arizona Adult Probation since December 1999. Prior to this position, She was an adult probation officer with the Gila County Probation Department in Globe, Arizona. As DCA, she is responsible for training and oversight of the interstate compact program. She was appointed as Arizona’s Compact Commissioner in January 2005, currently serves on the Rules Committee, and is a national trainer for the Training Committee. She has previously served as Chair of the West Region and Training Committee. In 2006, she was awarded the Executive Chair Award for her outstanding service to the Commission.
Littler regularly trains line officers, judges, attorneys and other court personnel on the rules of the interstate compact throughout Arizona. She has also trained criminal justice personnel in Colorado, Texas, Missouri, Nevada, California, Hawaii, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Idaho, Alaska, New Jersey, Kansas, Iowa, Connecticut, New Mexico, and Washington, D.C.

Guillermo Viera Rosa was appointed to Director of Division of Adult Parole Operations (DAPO) at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) in June 2020. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Viera Rosa served as the Undersecretary of Operations since November 2019. He was the Director of the Division of Correctional Policy Research and Internal Oversight from January 2018 through December 2019. Mr. Viera Rosa was formerly the Director of DAPO, where he served in several positions since 2000, including Regional Parole Administrator, Associate Director, Parole Administrator, Parole Agent Supervisor, and Parole Agent. Mr. Viera Rosa also served in several positions at the Board of Parole Hearings from 2004 to 2009, including Deputy Commissioner, Correctional Counselor Supervisor, and Parole Agent Specialist. He was an instructor at the Riverside County Office of Education, Deputy Probation Officer at the San Bernardino County Probation Department, and US Pretrial Officer with the US Central District Court prior to working at CDCR.

Commissioner Zavaras began his career in Criminal Justice as a Community Parole Officer (CPO) for the Colorado Department of Corrections, Division of Adult Parole in 2005. As a CPO, he became knowledgeable on supervising virtually every type of caseload available from interstate cases to gangs and sex offenders. Following subsequent promotions, he became the Division's first supervisor of the Housing & Stabilization Unit, focused on hard to serve parolees experiencing homelessness and/or high mental health needs. In that capacity, Mr. Zavaras built bridges between parole staff, re-entry staff and community partners to ensure a smoother transition and more effective supervision, leading to his promotion to manager of the Unit as well deputy compact administrator. In 2021, he was appointed as commissioner, serving as the manager of the Interstate Compact Unit and Westminster field office.

Roberta Cohen started her career in 1994 with the New Mexico Department of Public Safety working with the Financial and Procurement Division, Crime Lab and New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Training and Recruiting Division.
In January of 2006, Cohen was promoted as the Deputy Compact Administrator with the Department of Corrections, Interstate Compact office. In June 2014; she was appointed Commissioner for New Mexico Interstate Compact by Governor Susanna Martinez. She is a member of the ICAOS Training Committee and the Chair of the Commission’s West Region.

Jeremiah Stromberg is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Community Corrections for the Oregon Department of Corrections. This role includes oversight of the community corrections grant in aid funding; development of statewide legislation, policies, and rules that govern community corrections; jail inspections; program evaluations; liaison between the Counties of Oregon and the Department of Corrections; and Interstate Compact.
Stromberg served on the Oregon Board of Parole & Post-Prison Supervision from 2009–2012, first as the Executive Director before being appointed by Governor John Kitzhaber as a member of the Board. From 1997–2009, he worked for Multnomah County Department of Community Justice in Portland, Oregon in a variety of roles including: Lead of the Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Unit within the Juvenile Detention Center; Manager of the Adult Secure Residential Treatment Program; Manager of the START Drug Court; Manager of the Parole and Probation Domestic Violence Unit, and Manager of the Local Control Supervision Unit.
In 2016, Stromberg was elected Vice Chair of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision and in 2018 was elected as the Commission’s Chair. He is also a former Chair of the Commission’s Compliance Committee.

Dan Blanchard is the Division Director of Adult Probation & Parole in the Utah Department of Corrections, having been appointed in November 2018. Mr. Blanchard previously served as Deputy Director of Adult Probation & Parole and has over 21 of experience with community and institutional corrections.
Dan began his career with the Utah Department of Corrections in 1997 as a correctional officer at the Utah State Prison, and later at a community correctional center. In 1999 he became an agent with the Division of Adult Probation & Parole in the Provo office, and later as a supervisor of intake and field teams.
By 2013, he had worked is way up to assistant regional administrator in the Salt Lake office at the Fortitude Treatment Center and field supervision teams, and was appointed deputy director with AP&P in 2015.
Blanchard is a member of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision’s Technology Committee.
He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology and his Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University.

Mac Pevey began his career with the Washington State Department of Corrections in June 1999 as a community corrections officer and has climbed the ranks, serving as a community corrections supervisor, field administrator for section 4-Pierce County, and as a regional administrator.
Pevey also serves as an adjunct professor of criminal justice at Seattle University (since 2004) and has sat on the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee since its inception.
Pevey has his Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Seattle University and his Masters of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Washington State University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the National Institute of Corrections' Executive Excellence Program in 2015. He is the 2013 recipient of the Secretary's Leadership Award.
