Dori Littler has held her current position as the Deputy Compact Administrator (DCA) for Arizona Adult Probation since December 1999. Prior to this position, She was an adult probation officer with the Gila County Probation Department in Globe, Arizona. As DCA, she is responsible for training and oversight of the interstate compact program. She was appointed as Arizona’s Compact Commissioner in January 2005, currently serves on the Rules Committee, and is a national trainer for the Training Committee. She has previously served as Chair of the West Region and Training Committee. In 2006, she was awarded the Executive Chair Award for her outstanding service to the Commission.

Littler regularly trains line officers, judges, attorneys and other court personnel on the rules of the interstate compact throughout Arizona. She has also trained criminal justice personnel in Colorado, Texas, Missouri, Nevada, California, Hawaii, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Idaho, Alaska, New Jersey, Kansas, Iowa, Connecticut, New Mexico, and Washington, D.C.

Littler is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.

Mac Pevey began his career with the Washington State Department of Corrections in June 1999 as a Community Corrections Officer.  He has climbed the ranks, serving in several capacities and currently serves as the Assistant Secretary for the Community Corrections Division, a role he has been in since 2017.

 

Pevey also serves as an adjunct professor of criminal justice at Seattle University (since 2004) and has sat on the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee since its inception.

 

Pevey has his Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Seattle University and his Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Washington State University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the National Institute of Corrections' Executive Excellence Program in 2015. He is the 2013 recipient of the Secretary's Leadership Award.

Judy Mesick has been working in the Corrections field for 21 years and has worked in Interstate Compact for 20 years serving. Judy has been the Deputy Compact Administrator for the Idaho Department of Correction for 16 years. Besides her duties as DCA, Judy also supervises the Limited Supervision Unit which was mandated by Justice Re-investment. She supervises two Interstate Compact Coordinators, 3 Probation/Parole officers and 2 Tech Rec II positions. Taryn Link joined the Alaska Department of Corrections (DOC) in 2006 upon completion of her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Alaska Anchorage.  Her first assignment was at the Anchorage Probation Office (APO) where she was promoted to a supervisor role, Probation Officer III (PO III) in 2010. In February 2013, Taryn joined the Alaska Parole Board staff where she managed clemency applications and investigations. In 2014, she transferred to Alaska’s only women’s prison, Hiland Mountain Correctional Center (HMCC), where she worked as an Institutional PO Supervisor. In October 2018, she returned to the Anchorage Probation Office as a district supervisor of the training unit and was quickly promoted in September of 2019 to the position of Deputy Chief at the APO. In June 2020 Taryn was promoted to her current role, as Chief Probation Officer for Region III for the Division of Pretrial, Probation and Parole.

GPS Monitoring: Nevada has the ability to supervise offenders required to be supervised with GPS technology. Nevada has contracted with a provider for GPS monitoring equipment and services. This program is offender funded. The offender is required to pay a daily rate that averages between $13–$16/day (depending on the equipment required). This rate is in addition to the $30/mo supervision fee that is statutorily required.

Jeremiah Stromberg is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Community Corrections for the Oregon Department of Corrections. This role includes oversight of the community corrections grant in aid funding; development of statewide legislation, policies, and rules that govern community corrections; jail inspections; program evaluations; liaison between the Counties of Oregon and the Department of Corrections; and Interstate Compact.


Stromberg served on the Oregon Board of Parole & Post-Prison Supervision from 2009–2012, first as the Executive Director before being appointed by Governor John Kitzhaber as a member of the Board. From 1997–2009, he worked for Multnomah County Department of Community Justice in Portland, Oregon in a variety of roles including: Lead of the Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Unit within the Juvenile Detention Center; Manager of the Adult Secure Residential Treatment Program; Manager of the START Drug Court; Manager of the Parole and Probation Domestic Violence Unit, and Manager of the Local Control Supervision Unit.

 

In 2016, Stromberg was elected Vice Chair of the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision and in 2018 was elected as the Commission’s Chair. He is also a former Chair of the Commission’s Compliance Committee.
